Post - Industrial Design

I tried to spend a lot of time thinking about what kinds of technology could be salvageable in this story. Radio communications and heavy-duty transport vehicles that could serve as shelter for those working and surviving the elements.

How would the water, power, or air filtration systems be stored and would they be fitted for short or long term inhabitants?

What kind of protective gear might be used by those working or traveling in harsh elements directly?

Character Design Concepts & Process Work

Putting a face to the engineers, botanists, scouts, communicators, researchers, and survivors of the great unknown in this story.

As this is an ongoing personal project and exercise in concept art skills, I’ll be updating this section with more examples of character design, thumbnails, and sketches as I continue to do them. The narrative that ties them together is the networks they rely on for survival and how communications in this environment have evolved.
